The property is unique and fairly clean, offers delicious and enjoyable breakfasts. The location is remote, near the ” beach "next to the river, beautiful and the downtown. Besides, Camping Levesque is 1050 minutes' drive away;)))

The breakfast had a variety of goodies to choose from. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was very welcoming. The location was close to a protected sanctuary and the center, as well as the river. The breakfast included delicious fruit, omelets, and quesadillas.

I would come back for sure, had a quite comfortable stay, and didn't want to say goodbye. The location is beautiful and great with free parking nearby. There is an awesome restaurant.

We loved the river-facing rooms which provided a wilderness-like feel and concealed any traffic noise. the shared kitchen was convenient and there was no crowding. the sand-filled terrace by the river was a great lounging spot. having fresh ceviche and tortillas available nearby was heavenly. Mario, the caretaker, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing daily rides to downtown.

The location was excellent, close to central Vallarta and the Romantic Zone. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast by the river with fruit, omelets, and quesadillas. I had a very nice stay and would definitely go again.

Lovely riverside hotel with a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed the restful river flowing and the opportunity to see unusual birds in the morning. The friendly hosts, Mario and Martha, made us feel like family and served an amazing breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with fruit trees and close to a protected bird sanctuary. The bus ride to the main beach shopping area and public dock is only about 15 minutes, with buses leaving frequently.

The availability of the owner, Mario, could be improved, as he was not easily accessible. The street outside the hotel is loud and the air can be dusty.
